Our Holidays

Well the 6 weeks of Eric's rotation in Pennsylvania finally came to an end. Since he was gone for Christmas we waited until he came home to celebrate and open presents. Dallas has been so happy to have him home that the first day at Eric's new rotation here, Dallas was so distraught to find Daddy gone when he woke up. Chloe is just in love with her Daddy. She loves to cuddle him and stroke his beard. She is already 6 mos old! I cannot believe how fast the time has gone. At her 6 mos check up she weighed 17 lbs 10 oz and was 25 3/4 in long! That's my girl. She was a total rock star getting her shots again this time around as well. Not even a flinch for the first 2 then on the 3rd she started to cry and stopped as soon as I picked her up. She absoltely loves to eat baby food. She actually prefers the veggies to the fruits! So funny. She also loves the mixed flavors best too. Such a good eater she is. Dallas is doing great too! He loves to read the Little Critter books at bedtime. He also insists on helping me anytime I cook or bake in the kitchen. He also loves to help put the silverware away when I unload the dishwasher! He is pretty much day time potty trained now. We've had a couple of poop accidents, but all in all we are on the right track. Night time he is still in pull ups. Most nights he stays dry, but there is the occasional wet diaper.

We are happy getting back into the swing of things now that Eric is home. I couldn't be happier to be done with all of the out of state rotations! We will know for sure where his residency will be on Feb 14! Happy Valentines Day! It is in the hands of God now and we trust he will send us where he most needs us!
